Personal Computer Solutions

We provide computers via mail order, over the internet, and by special order. All our systems are built by a leading regional distributor and come with a 1 year depot warranty on parts. On site warranties are also available. To keep expenses down and quality high, we do not maintain a store front, but we can supply you references from satisfied customers. We supply custom computers to meet your specific needs, no ready made, one size fits all systems. Payments

All systems require advance payment and are burned in before shipping. Currently, we will take PayPal, certified checks, money orders, business checks or personal checks. Please allow 10 days for your checks and money orders to clear before we place the actual order for your system. Surplus and Used Items

Any items sold as SURPLUS or AS-IS items are not sold under any type of warranty or guarantee of usability. For these items, there will be NO returns or refunds.

Returns

Returns and cancellations after we take delivery are subject to a distributors restocking fee of 15%, no exceptions. Special orders are subject to the restocking fee from the distributor of origination. Since we custom order all systems and peripherals, we can not take returns under any other conditions.

Warranty and Repairs

parts are covered under a 1 year warranty from our distrubitor, others are covered by manufacturers warranties. All repairs returns require an RMA before we will accept them.

System Upgrades

All systems are designed to be upgradable.

You must pay shipping both ways on Upgrade shipments.

User InstalledUpgrades

Any user installed upgrades or modifications will void your warranty.
